UK and Channel Islands Delivery
Stock items are normally despatched within 24 hours. Where items are not in stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified of an approximate delivery date and given the option of a full refund or an alternative. There are 2 options available for UK delivery: Standard Shipping or Get It Fast Express Delivery.Standard Shipping
This is our default shipping method. Delivery times can not be guaranteed, but we would expect 90% of deliveries to be completed within 7 working days of despatch. Orders under 3kg will be sent letter post for speedier delivery, those over 3kg will be sent parcel post. Please allow 10 working days before querying late parcels if you have selected this option.
Get It Fast Express Delivery
This option should be chosen for time sensitive orders. Orders placed before 12:00 noon will be despatched same day for items in stock and guaranteed next day delivery. A full refund of delivery costs will be given if this guarntee is not met. We particularly recommend this method where orders are required for parties or events, to avoid disappointment.
Store Pick Up
Customers in Guernsey have the option to pick up their order from one of our stores for no charge. You are requested to state which store you wish to pick up from at checkout.
Overseas Delivery
Delivery is by economy parcel or surface mail depending on weight. Delivery could be 10 days to 3 weeks depending on destination. Please contact us for a quote.
Packaging
Wherever possible, we re-use packaging sent to us by our suppliers. Any packaging that we cannot re-use is sent for recycling. We would encourage you to do the same.
Loss of Goods in Transit
All goods are covered for loss up to the value of £40. In the event that the carrier deems a parcel to be lost, mondomundi will offer a full refund, or replacement, once we are able to place a claim with them for the loss of goods. Please note that orders can take time to trace and refunds or replacements cannot be issued until all efforts have been made to trace a missing parcel.Should you not be available to receive goods on delivery, the goods may be either left without signature, or returned to the carrier’s depot. Mondomundi will not be liable for any loss arising in these circumstances.
Returns and Queries If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a mondomundi package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Please send an e-mail to info@mondomundi.com, as soon after receipt as possible, for full instructions.
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, please send an e-mail to info@mondomundi.com as soon as possible, for full instructions.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, please send an e-mail to info@mondomundi.com. We'll make sure you are not charged for it and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
